He's doing a very good job for us. He's improving daily. He's made some strides this past year. We feel really good about it.

When we're drawing up plays on the board, he's like, 'Coach, can we do this or do that?' He has a great understanding of the game.

Just sitting in meetings, he's one of those guys who talks about everything.
