Let me comment on this vote. I'm doing this because of what Jack (Price) said about shutting the borough down. I don't agree with some of the stuff in this budget. I won't get into it now, but I can't see the borough shutting down. I have some questions about this budget and I'll be voicing them.

My job is pretty easy. I just turn them loose on the floor and let them play.
