Here is a company that has always generated cash.

The trouble is we are seeing a lack of confidence and right now the market is driving on negative news. Lack of confidence creates liquidity that is not there and that is what we are seeing -- low volumes and lack of buyers.

Even at these prices I really think that a Microsoft will continue, perhaps not to go back to the great growth that they had before but very close to it. The stock is facing some sort of a springboard, possibly heading toward their previous recovery high of the 70s and possibly into the 80s.

Pinnacle has been a company nibbling at the edges of the gaming industry. This acquisition quickly gets them to the industry's core with two substantial assets in the two most important U.S. markets.

Although we remain neutral on the shares and believe current valuation is fair to modestly attractive, the company continues to execute at the upper end of its peer group and we would look to opportunistically build positions on pullbacks.
