Her participation (in the complaint filed Thursday) is based on her belief that the city's not in compliance. This isn't about her specifically.

The comic, more than the tragic, because it ignites hope, leads to more, not less, participation in the struggle for a just world.

I don't see how she couldn't wake up and hear them messing her house up and stuff.

Criminal investigations is very important to Rickey. He has worked in it for many years, and he has taken pride in solving numerous homicides and serious crimes. And now, he's being denied the opportunity to use his training and experience in a way that is most beneficial to the department.

My main concern right now ... is that it leaves the criminal investigations division without people who possess a lot of experience in that area. I'm concerned about what that may do to that division and to solving some of these crimes.

We're going to take a look at what's happening here and try to find out what's really going on before we draw any conclusions.
