Healthy Active Adults Day is in its sixth year and continues to grow.

I have 14-year-olds that are stronger than some adults.

We're a little hungry after last year. We know the potential if healthy.

Active adults see themselves as being much younger than they are. And they're much more active than my parents were at 55 or 60 years of age.

This is my sixth year here and this is my proudest day.

At this point, if it continues to grow, you never want to put the brakes on the program. To be honest, it really comes down to a staff and volunteer issue.
