He was just one of the students that was unrelenting in his desire to know more and do more. What impressed me about him is that he never really thought it was intruding on anybody's territory to offer up ideas.

I think, No. 1, he has a deep desire to teach these youngsters. His players and his students come first. He gets excited and motivated when players want to come and want to work hard. That's what kept his juices going all these years.
