He was always helping everybody. He was a fix-it guy. When people were in need, he just did it.

The Web site (where the tickets are sold) was inadvertently live for a very brief period on Tuesday morning -- I mean less than an hour. Today we got three entries in the mail from people who had downloaded the form from the Web. And there was no publicity before this, obviously.

The riverbank is in terrible shape this year. Golly, it's trashy. Typically if it weren't so bad we could clean 5 to 10 miles, but it's so bad I bet we spend the bulk of our day over the span of only a couple of miles.
