He should either be running for office or be an impartial elections officer and not try to fool the voters that he can be both.

They're going to go door to door. They're going to go business to business. They're hanging out on street corners. We don't want to squeak by in this petition drive. We want to be in overdrive.

At least 90 percent of registered voters will not vote. There's probably only going to be a 10 percent turnout. We've already got 12 million registered voters who can sign our petition, and we have a number of people from Montgomery County who have pledged support.
