He molded a lot of young kids. He was a tough, fair and likable guy as a coach.

I noticed that. Their coach told me I was going over the time and that's the first time anyone's said I was taking too long.

He was really likable, always smiling, a very outgoing guy.

They are very athletic kids who make it pretty easy to coach. But I didn't have any big kids for over 15 years, so I was overdue.

Everybody was just wonderful to him. It doesn't matter where he goes. He's a likable guy.
