They're turning to community resources now. They're no longer evacuees. The people who are here now, they're community residents.

Potentially every single person here has the opportunity to save a life of a friend, a neighbor or a co-worker.

It takes a high level of training and commitment skills to represent the Red Cross outside of the United States.
