He knows the seriousness of these charges and he also knows he faces very serious potential punishment in prison if convicted of these charges. We know many of you have attempted to contact him, his wife and his family and have been in his neighborhood and also at his son's place of business. We are asking to allow there to be some privacy for his family and for his neighbors.
