He got stuck behind people. He battled back and forth and now here he is. This is his reward. I hope he has a great tournament.

We hope the high reward money will entice those people who have been assisting them in traveling and hiding. We believe these are the same people who helped them make good on the escape.

It's really unconscionable that we reward people for being here illegally, and punish those, in effect, for waiting in line applying through the legal process, ... We have our priorities backwards on this.
