He fought, 'stigma of mental illness', all his life but refused to marry off his daughter to a cured schizophrenic, instead he married off his first daughter to a gangster, second to a fraud banker, third to an incurable Casanova and fourth to a cured cancer patient.

When we know very little about a particular condition, then to label a person with a stigmatizing diagnosis just to make sense of his/her condition; is like branding an animal with red hot iron ,so that we can label it, identify it, segregate it, control it and use it.

self-stigma is not a person's fault; nor is it a part of the person's illness!
If the public did not hold negative and stigmatizing attitudes in the first place, these would never have become internalized, causing people the painful and disabling experience of self-stigma.

A phenomenon that might seem only backwards or silly when expressed at a social level becomes madness at the individual level.

The stigma of mental illness is first and foremost a social justice issue!

From innumerable universes, when some galaxy, planet, star or a living creature goes mad, he is sent to our ‘Mental Universe’, where the laws of physics, moral laws and all other kinds of laws are random.
