He comes to practice, prepares and works on getting better every day.

He'll be successful on or off the basketball court. I think he's got a 10-year career ahead of him. If not, he'll excel in the business world.

He means a lot to this program. He's a quality, good guy and he's the kind of guy that leads by example, by doing things the right way. He loves the program, he understands what it's about.

He has very good practice skills, good habits. He never does anything less than 100 percent, and that includes practice.

It's only with that kind of full accounting that you can have any assurance that the practice has stopped and will be prevented.

I didn't care one bit if my legs were shaking at the end of practice. I want it; I welcome it. That's how we're going to get better.
