Has the pendulum swung too far in saying the less government, the better? The reality is there is a critical role for government in people's lives.

To say we can't help people with affordable housing if we help them participate in democracy is outrageous.

Some people are very adamant about saying 'no' to ads.

Their ideological argument that government shouldn't do anything the private sector does makes about as much sense as saying there should be no public transportation because we have taxis. It's a community decision.

We are prepared to lose test status. The government is saying we are starting afresh. We are not bothered.

That's the reality. If we say it's not our problem, then we're saying that it's not our problem that people misuse and abuse Islam.
