Guys have watched Tiger for a decade now and seen him overpower everyone. They've taken that as the blueprint and are finding ways to throttle everything up even more.

I feel like we've got a good mixture of guys. We don't try to overpower each other, but have enough experience on field to let people know what's up and help people get better.
