Gratitude is a vaccine, an antitoxin, and an antiseptic

I have had but one passion, and I have lived for it - the absorbingly arduous yet glorious work of proclaiming the grace and love of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Life without thankfulness is devoid of love and passion. Hope without thankfulness is lacking in fine perception. Faith without thankfulness lacks strength and fortitude. Every virtue divorced from thankfulness is maimed and limps along the spiritual road.

God looks not at the gift, but at the hand that brings it. Our courtesies are rejected if iniquity attends them.

A grateful mind By owing owes not, but still pays, at once Indebted and discharg'd.

We must find time to stop and thank the people who make a difference in our lives.
