Getting a jump-start would be amazing. It gives us confidence and takes the stress off of the defense and pitching.

Every game is a fresh start for us. We're not forgetting, but we're moving on. We want to take as many as we can from [Stony Brook]. Syracuse is behind us and we're going to come off hard on Saturday.

Defense creates offense. We create turnovers and steals and that gives us easy chances.

It's very frustrating. We're working hard and very well at practice, but it doesn't matter how you did in practice if you don't transfer it to the game.

It gave us a lot of confidence. We played against one of the best teams in the nation and this will give us a lot of confidence going into next weekend.

The thing we tried to stress in the beginning was defense. Woody really did a good job helping us control the boards.
