Generally the other islands need either more modern cables or competition. They need an alternative to the existing cables.

If you want to do that via satellite or via existing cables, it is very expensive. The existing low capacity cables are relatively old and the incumbents that control them may not always want to provide cheap capacity to their competitors.

The dream of Caribbean governments is to provide access at more or less the same price as in Europe. This is very difficult to achieve given the difficulty to connect to the network.

Obviously, we know we have to stop their inside game and I'm sure that's what they are going to key on us, too. I just think it's really going to come to execution. If anybody gets into foul trouble, especially one of the big girls, that's going to matter, too.
