Fuel cells and the hydrogen economy are absolutely the next great race for industry.

I don't believe that a hydrogen economy depends on a carbon economy at all.

Small to midsize companies are the ones adding jobs to the economy. But you also have to look outside the Rochester region for business.

The cost of gas has dislocated the economy and is sending it offshore. There is nothing more important in this country right now.

This economy is still driven by domestic demand. And domestic demand remains very strong. The underpinnings are very favorable. And while the Asian crisis will slow growth a little bit, it will not derail the expansion.

I'll leave that to the pundits. We'll wait and see if she gets in the race.
