From our estimation, 60 percent of pass sales that are happening outside of Copper are involving some type of scam.

Our decline was all in function of what was happening outside Brazil. But we were also with an accumulated rise of 14 percent and we needed a reason to take profits.

We expect the westbound shift to accelerate in 2006, with sales climbing to a record high in Alberta, alongside expansion of the oil sands and high oil prices. Light truck sales in Alberta surged by 14 percent last year and now represent 18 percent of the Canadian total. In contrast, the province accounts for less than 10 percent of car sales in Canada.

The conditions will relate to asset sales in line with what the energy regulator has already proposed. The government wants the merger to go ahead to create a large energy group which controls both gas and power.
