Frankly, we're here because of the zoning. There was no zoning.

We took a piece of property that was getting $800 a year in (real estate) taxes. Now we're paying $17,000 a year. We think it's ridiculous, but what are you going to do?

But we're not concerned anymore; the business is doing decent.

The riders like to do it. It's mind over matter. We have had two end up in the pond, but it's only 2 1/2 feet deep.

We are very, very lucky, we have nice dirt and the riders seem to like it.

We realized at that time that our sons were not getting enough track time. We both thought this would be a good thing for all the riders up north, to keep them in shape.
