Fort Wayne has only one other charter school currently offering families choice, and we believe there is lots of interest in a high-quality college preparatory program that is public and has free tuition.

But we know that young adults choose different paths in life and it won't be mandatory that they go to college. We know that there are many excellent programs in the community colleges and technical schools and certainly the military is an option for some kids.

The fact you don't pay tax on the interest is important, but there is still a great deal of choice. What kind of Isa you go for will depend how lazy you are about saving, whether you want to leave you money in long term or whether you want instant access to it.

The government has rejected the standard of the best interest of the child as the guiding principle,
