For the most part, coaches have the same philosophy, they are there for the kids. I've made a lot of great relationships with coaches. It's a working relationship for all of us.

Somebody was always there for me. If we don't do it, who's going to do to for the kids?

There's no mouthing, the kids are excellent; we don't have to be policemen. It's a good clean game. It's just about the kids playing good, hard football.

The first time I am on a football field and I want to be somewhere else. I will retire right there. But I haven't felt like that yet. I still look forward to Friday night and Saturday games.

We invest in different training tools to follow the mechanics for field positioning. We also have chapter meetings every Thursday night where we bring up stuff, and on a rare occasion a coach will bring film and sometimes request a review.

A lot of them you do see grow up. I remember some of the better athletes. It's a good thing I like to tease those guys.
