For some seniors, they have no kids or family. The services of a senior center are very important. We are so phenomenally lucky to have this set up this way.

The older mobile homes might not be safe. And for seniors, disruption and change can be very difficult.

The length of the list shows a tremendous need for this type of housing in Carson City. The beauty of this project is, it's right next door to the senior center.

This is our fifth year, and we have had really good turnouts. It's a family-oriented event. It's such a wide selection of people.

The kids that I take with me are the best kids in the world.

I think it's fun for the kids. We look forward to it every year.
