For me, there is no doubt that the process of producing nuclear fuel in Iran will be accomplished. There is no doubt that we have to carry out uranium enrichment.

If there are countries that want to politicise this file, we will react in an appropriate manner. If the file is sent, our reaction will be firm and very clear. And if that moment comes you will see it for yourselves,

We will immediately lift the suspension of uranium enrichment and will halt implementation of the Additional Protocol,

This matter has already become a national issue that concerns the whole of Iranian society and I can assure you that no Iranian government will make a compromise on this issue,

We have developed this capability. The heavy-water project today is a reality. This knowledge belongs to Iran. Nobody can take it from us. As they (Europeans) see Iran's determination, they will be forced to show flexibility and accept it.

I am proud to announce that we have started enriching uranium to the 3.5 percent level.
