For Apple, this is another major step towards creating a fully digital home. I suspect sales of Airport Express will take off if Apple markets this feature a little more prominently.

I expect in 10 years you will still have a music player that is just good for music. I do not think you will have a single device for all forms of entertainment including video -- it is an experience issue.

This is slightly baffling, given that existing home sales have been strengthening, ... It may be a reflection of caution on the part of builders, who have been reluctant to keep pace with sales because of fear the market strength will not last.

It's difficult to predict what short-term sales will be. We don't think we can mitigate this in the near-term.

Investors are focusing on the new home sales figures after housing starts were so strong. Strong numbers will surely raise expectations the Fed will lift rates, boosting the dollar.
