Focus on competition has always been a formula for mediocrity.

It used to be that the big eat the small; now it’s the fast that eat the slow. Fast is the new big.

It could have been an awful lot worse. We had 16 to 18 inches of sound tide (flooding) this morning. It didn't go in anyone's house that I know of. Just enough to cover the roads.

I think we should view rentals as commercial businesses. They are using our services without paying commercial rates.

It's organized crime. You say [just] a bunch of pimps and prostitutes, but when you string the threads of the rope together, what we end up with in many of these cases is organized crime.
