Focus is saying YES by saying NO

Say yes to everything.

Y'all have no idea how many times I say, 'Yes, ma'am.'

All people should learn to say as well and "No" as an answer not only "Yes". One moment you will fill your whole life with the stuff which you are accepted.

Buy yourself some time. Interrupt the ‘yes’ cycle, using phrases like “I’ll get back to you,” then consider your options.

It takes true courage and real humility to say NO or YES!
