Focus debt payments on the credit card, then the car, and then the student loans -- always pay your loans in interest rate order, not in order of balance size.

Debt is plentiful and cheap. There's egregious use of leverage. And you have the introduction of a new class of buyers that artificially buoys demand and inflates prices.

While stocks once again saw significant draws, the market's focus is currently set on seemingly weaker demand.

Focus on having more FUN, and that's what you'll have. Focus on your debt, and that's what you'll have forever.

It's unfortunate it's gotten to the point where the average fan can't hardly get an autograph because of all the people who are trying to take advantage of it.
