Florida means land of flowers, not land of ugly.

So what if we won ugly?

DOS is ugly and interferes with users' experience.

We have more than enough land. It's better off to let someone else use it.

If both of these (decided to locate here), we wouldn't have enough land.

There's a lot of pressure to develop this open land.
