Users have no one to blame but RIM. They've been given a reasonable royalties offer, but they have refused to take it. BlackBerry owners have every right to be upset.

What RIM has shown is that the technology is very effective. NTP has made it quite clear that it is willing to license the technology. But RIM, the most extensive user of this technology, has refused to license.
