First, the best wine is where you find it. It doesn't have to be the most expensive wine.

There is nothing about making wine kosher that needs to be different than making any other wine -- except for the fact that only Sabbath-observant Jews can actually come in contact with the wine and touch it. You need a kosher crew in the cellar to make the wine.

The difference between this and a traditional filter is, of course, this you can wash.
