First off, I never favored a constitutional amendment to criminalize abortion or to overturn Roe v. Wade.

He has supported overturning Roe vs. Wade in the form of aconstitutional amendment to protect the unborn child. He hasarticulated a policy that is strongly pro-life. And he has said hewould appoint strict constructionists to the Supreme Court,

I oppose a constitutional amendment against gay marriage.

The process was put in place only after a Constitutional amendment that we all supported. It had to begin after a law came in force. There should be no issues about it.
