First of all you have to delegate people to serve, people to help bread, people who will help cook. It takes a lot of planning ahead because we don't want to bump heads with the firemen, for example, who may be having a fish fry the same weekend.

Since we tied it into the opening football game, we want generate 400 to 500 people. We would like to peak out in the future between 700 and 800 people.
