First of all, the project couldn't go on without it. This is the best agreement for all the railroads involved.

You can't keep them out. It's an increasing problem.

Every year it happens. And, every year we hear the complaints.

All the investments we have made over the years are starting to pay off. That is not to say there isn't a lot of work to do.

It has to be looked at in the context of whether this interim agreement is a valuable agreement and if releasing Pollard ... contributes to it. That's a presidential decision. That's why the president makes the big bucks.

It is an agreement that I believe is fair.
