Firing a bow requires concentration, skill and focus; all traits that help make a good soldier. The range gives the soldiers something to look forward to.

Soldiers don't really have a lot of spare time here ? they might have three hours one day and none the next. So it took a couple weeks to actually get the range set up.

Carriers need to focus on, and have, different skill sets. Carriers are focused on minutes but for data you need to look at KB and MB. It's a different mindset and mentality and we are evolving our business to capitalize on that.

Each month we try to focus on a different life skill and February's was proper etiquette.

It will help us to look at our skill players, also.
