That was good stuff. It was a great crowd and that's what high school basketball is all about.

Platt High School is a very good and very well-coached basketball team. For our kids to stay with them for as long as they did is a major accomplishment for them and something to look forward to for next year.

We basically want to set it up so that we control our own destiny and give the kids a good place to be safe and play their games.

I'm extremely disappointed. I'm proud of the way our program runs and the way our kids represent the school, but there's some differences with the administration with the way I conduct business.

These guys are high school kids, so of course (struggling at times) is going to linger with them a bit. But Nick was able to get himself back after a couple of bad pitches, rather than let it get away from him. It was important for Marc to get that ground ball right away, and he's really good about settling down and not getting too frustrated, realizing that's going to happen.
