fear of change
is like standing under a hot shower
and knowing the moment you'll turn it off
you'll be freezing cold

We just barely made it there at 5 p.m.. I didn't have time to shower or change. I washed my hair in a gas station restroom.

I have accepted fear as part of life – specifically the fear of change... I have gone ahead despite the pounding in the heart that says: turn back....

The key to change... is to let go of fear.
