Everywhere I know of, people complain about the decline in manners.

Manners are how you show how you're going to relate to someone else.

When you feel that the people you are dealing with day to day don't have manners, it gives you the feeling that the world is somehow coming apart. It makes you feel that everything is out of control.

I promise you this -- when you practice good manners, people notice, and in a positive way.

It's a very quick place to come in. I'm not going on 21 at lunchtime for anything unless it's a dire emergency.

It provides, probably, a lot of confusion.
