Everything I do is a matter of heart, body and soul.

I start my day with a mind, body, soul practice - yoga, Pilates or meditation.

It goes to the body and then releases from the body. It's almost like reliving the wrap-and-tie skirt in a new way.

Everything in life... has to have balance.

Everything comes out of what works for me.

It takes more than just a good looking body. You've got to have the heart and soul to go with it.
