Everyone appears to be noticing only the statue's torch and not the manacles on her ankles.

This is an area where you could say the performance appears not to have been great. Someone in the Army or the company should have figured out what the requirements were.

It is a very sad situation. But it's simply a case of the parking officer not noticing.

No one can be a champion forever, graciously pass on the torch or it will be snatched and we may end up with stories but no audience.
