Everybody's store was closed down. They wouldn't give us gas for the buses, they pulled shotguns on us. We didn't have no food. We had to hang out the windows to get water.

We were grateful that the city allowed us to be there so we always wanted to keep it nice and keep improving it.

Turnovers have seemed to be our demise all season. Turnovers cost us scoring opportunities. We just have to get better.

We knew that if we could stop her (Bowman), that would be half the battle for us.

We knew they were much bigger than us defensively, but our key was to rotate and be where were supposed to be. We had to have a lot of ball-crashing and we did that. Nine players dressed and everybody contributed.
