Everybody wants these infrastructure projects.

I am just impressed by the way people responded.

We accept the council's recollection that they did not know. They had every right to know. We thought we did let them know and if they say we didn't then we accept that. It was always our intention to tell them.

We're not going to react to rumor.

But most scripts are terrible. Most projects are bad, that's just kind of the way it is. And I'm not really attracted to those.

But I imagine school administrators are going to be reluctant to continue with some projects they had put into place a year ago. It's going to be particularly challenging for those schools that need to rebuild after the recent hurricanes.
