Everybody is grappling with this.

Aloha's position is that they're a private company. They're saying you need to pay it or you're not going anywhere with your school.

The heart and soul of the question is whether they can charge us impact fees.

There's a statute that says we're exempt from impact fees. Period.

We need clarification from the court as to what exactly it means when (statute) says we're exempt from impact fees.

This is the first day that I didn't feel good, but it's good to get everybody together today. That's the most important thing. Tomorrow, I hope to feel better and better.
