Every time we've taken the floor lately, we're setting some kind of history, at least with our school. I guess we're just history in the making.

Looking back at that period of time was very interesting to me - just what had happened to it and what was going on there now. It was fascinating.

How about that? That's the first time in the history of the school.

I think we did great. We made a lot of history. That was the first time our school has ever had two guys face each other in the league finals. It's the first time in a long time that we had four finalists. It's the first time that we had more than one champ since 1987. Carl is only the second sophomore to be a champ for Miller Place.

This is the first time in the history of the school that a team has gone to the Final Four in back-to-back seasons. This team has set history. I can't tell you how proud of them I am.

It was a good season. We won the Metro Central Scholastic Cup for the first time in school history and won two of three tournaments we played.
