Eric is getting better every day. He's trying so hard to recover and get better.

It takes a little bit longer for his brain to process it all.

It has sustained us. A lot of them care about Eric. I think it has held us up. They have given us so much emotional support. They've kept Eric in their prayers, and they've sent letters of encouragement.

I'm hoping people there (in Charles City) will fly their flags in his honor.

They were trying to pound the ball in the paint. We were working on helping, but we were helping a little too much.

We're seeing a lot more activity trying to manage in-motion inventory, direct it to the place it needs to be and avoid disaster areas.
