Equity comes from the state providing enough funding for its requirements. The state must meet its obligation for funding education.

The Legislature has a solemn duty to provide equitable education.

If District 7 is money is going to the northeast project, and then it's not completed, we come out on the losing end.

We've given them exactly what's in the contract. It never contemplated hockey. We don't have an obligation to add hockey unless they agree to our terms.
