Easter is a business killer.

If people don't think they will get a refund, they put it off. This just gives them an excuse to put it off.

The average guy probably still believes that April 15th is the filing deadline.

It's just an unnecessary cost to business. It's not an insignificant cost to have all your business cards and your stationery redesigned to incorporate the area code.

Hopefully, we'll get more U.S. business interests involved in the at-large election process.
