During the month of March and April, and possibly a little into May, we will complete all 13 intersections.

Interaction between the staffs - between all the partners - will enhance neighborhood safety initiatives.

So, we will have a hearing officer who hears what we'd refer to as appeals of the traffic ticket. So that if you have those kind of questions, they can be meted out so that we're sure we made the right decision.

If somebody other than the owner was driving the car -- a spouse, a friend, a child -- they can fill out that affidavit of non-responsibility, send it back to the Division of Police, and then we will require the money from that person.

There's a multitude of ways we can go with this, but it ultimately will come to a judge. It's unfortunate that this happened.... Obviously there will be no resolution today.
